Our Journey in Manufacturing Excellence
Our operations began in 1993 at Gazole, Malda, with a Rice Bran Solvent Extraction Plant processing 150 tonnes per day (TPD). Driven by surging market demand and an uncompromising commitment to quality, we rapidly scaled our capabilities. Today, our solvent extraction capacity stands at a commanding 350 TPD.
In 2017, we commissioned a state-of-the-art edible oil refinery capable of processing 150 TPD. This facility forms the backbone of our premium consumer brands, Avenir’s Kook and Nuovo, successfully introduced to the retail space in 2020. Backed by our rigorous in-house quality inspection teams, we ensure strict adherence to safety and nutritional standards. This dedication has made PMPL both a trusted staple in households and an indispensable bulk supplier to the animal feed, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries.
This vertically integrated infrastructure allows us to capture 100% of agricultural value. Today, PMPL serves as the foundational supplier of bulk Physically Refined Rice Bran Oil to India’s prominent edible oil brands, while our zero-waste philosophy yields premium Pancham DORB and specialized allied derivatives for the feed, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries. Furthermore, this unmatched purity powers our own flagship retail brands, Avenir’s Kook and Nuovo (introduced in 2020), bringing industrial-scale quality directly to the consumer’s kitchen.
